Default Carbon Cub SS with Tundra Tires 100cc R/C model

Taxied the Carbon Cub with the Tundra Tires for the first time. These tires are the actual tailwheels offered by Alaskan Bushwheel, modified by me to fit this 168" (wingspan) 40% model of the Carbon Cub.

Go here to check it out.

After I get a few more electronics to solve some issues with the servos I'll get her up in the air. Although, here in Montana, I may have missed my weather window. It was 7*F today and only getting colder for the 10 day forecast.

Let me know what you all think of this project!

Outstanding! It looks great. It looks like you just might need to fit up some skis soon!

Thanks Ben! Skis; great idea, I wonder how complicated it would be to mount them? I'm thinking about fabricating an entirely new landing gear for this Carbon Cub. If so, any thoughts on mounting skis would be greatly appreciated.

Believe it or not, they make hydraulic disk brakes that I may try to add, as well. I could then do some Valdez style STOL
