Default CubCrafters Featured in EAA's Sport Aviation

Jeff Skiles, EAA Contributing Writer and Miracle on the Hudson Co-Pilot, was recently in Yakima to pick up a brand new Carbon Cub to deliver to a customer. In the most recent edition of EAA's Sport Aviation, Jeff wrote about his adventures flying in Utah's Canyonlands. The article also featured a nice sidebar about CubCrafters!

    Jeff (Baber),
does that plane look familiar? That was our flight thru the Monument Valley a couple years ago! Trying to juggle flying and taking a picture with my SLR with a zoom lens.... came out ok!

    Rick and Jeff,
If you look closely, you will see that the pictures on page 65 are actually of my plane N620CC. Jeff flew it up to Minnesota from Phoenix this spring and used it for part of this article. Both planes are red/white but mine has the checkered tail.

Nice! I loved that demo. Can we now say I am a famous cub pilot? Maybe not...
